  • Should act as mediator between management & employees
  • Should be in contact with CEO for knowing the requirements of the company
  • Maintain attendance of all the employees
  • Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
  • Ensure there is a quality background verification of boarded employees experience
  • Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
  • Act as a central point of reference for internal and external queries and ensure that messages are recorded and reported on in a timely manner, including contact with staff and managers
  • Organize and priorities commitments of the team, enabling them to work efficiently and effectively
  • Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies) and make sure that all employee records are accurate and well maintained
  • Updating both manual and electronic personnel records when an employee’s personal details change
  • Process documentation and prepare reports related to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)
  • Grievance handling of employees and also support taking disciplinary action where required. Properly handles complaints and grievance procedures
  • Support in Policy & Process formulation & implementation – manuals and implementing them
  • Responsible for organizing regular staff welfare activities
  • Preparing and issuing employment contracts to new employees
  • Plan and coordinate with the external / internal trainers & consultants to ensure training programs are run smoothly
  • Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
  • Conducting Employee satisfaction surveys
  • Designing & Updating the training manuals / individual training records of employees, assisting the organization to achieve their set targets within the stipulated time limit
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc
  • Authorizing and issuing pay-slips
  • Attending exit interviews and final settlements
