Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional and effective technical support to customers via calls and emails.
- Understand customer issues thoroughly and resolve them, aiming for on-the-spot solutions whenever possible.
- Manage and troubleshoot WordPress, Drupal, or other Content Management Systems (CMS).
- Handle server-side infrastructure with strong expertise in Linux servers, Windows Servers and AWS infrastructure
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve technical problems with a methodical approach.
- Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and challenges.
- Collaborate effectively in a team environment and adapt to dynamic customer requirements and technical landscapes.
