Roles & Responsibilities:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive having 2-3 years of experience to join our team and sell our cutting-edge products and services to businesses of all size. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, building relationships with potential customers, and closing deals to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation techniques
- Build and maintain relationships with potential customers through regular communication and follow-up
- Understand customers’ needs and match them with the features and benefits of our products / services
- Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and demos to potential customers
- Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
- Develop sales strategies and materials
- Keep accurate records of all sales activities in our CRM system
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of sales success, preferably in the software or technology industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Familiarity with CRM systems and technology is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
